SHIPPING

Delivery Areas:

We currently offer same-day delivery within the following areas:

  • Ajman

  • Dubai Hills

  • Dubai

  • Jumeirah

Delivery availability is subject to order time, location, and product availability.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time (to be confirmed during checkout or consultation).

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Delivery Times

While we aim to deliver within the requested time window, delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pick-Up Option

Customers may also choose collection/pick-up by appointment. Pick-up details will be confirmed after the order is placed.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our floral arrangements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

​

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fresh flower arrangements

  • Custom-made bouquets or installations

  • Event, wedding, or bespoke floral designs

These items are prepared specifically for each order and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled after preparation has begun are non-refundable.

  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider.
