These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of services provided by Zackys Floral Palace

By making an enquiry, booking a consultation, or confirming a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide luxury floral designs and event styling services including (but not limited to):

Floral floor installations
Proposal & “Marry Me” setups
Wedding décor
Baby shower décor
Custom event styling

All designs are bespoke and subject to availability.

2. Consultations

A consultation may be required prior to booking
Design concepts are discussed during consultations
Final designs may vary slightly due to seasonal flower availability

3. Bookings & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received
Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed deadline

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations made within a specified period may not be eligible for a refund
Refunds (if applicable) are at our discretion

Custom floral work is non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes must be requested in writing
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed

6. Event Access & Venue Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Obtaining venue permissions
Providing access times
Ensuring setup areas are safe and suitable

We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of access.

7. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events:

Weather conditions are beyond our control
Alternative arrangements or rescheduling may be discussed
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions

8. Damage & Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to our installations during the event
We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of décor

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Zackys Floral Palace and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Image Usage

We reserve the right to photograph our work for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
